Bail Reductions
When a person has been arrested, they are brought before a Judge who will determine if the accused is to remain in custody, released on bail or released on their own recognizance.
Bail Schedule
The bail amount is determined by a bail schedule. The bail schedule sets the bail amount for each specific charge. When a person is brought up on multiple charges, then the bail for each of the charges will summed up and the bail amount will be set at that total.
Bail Reductions
The attorneys at The San Diego Law Center have worked with the San Diego District Attorneys Office and the San Diego Courts to get bail reductions for many of our clients. The judge will take into account the severity of the charges, the history of the accused, if the accused poses a threat or danger to the community and if the accused poses a flight risk. Our attorneys aggressively fight for our clients' freedom. We will fight for a lower bail amount and get you out of jail as quickly as possible.
