"A few months ago while celebrating a friend’s birthday in downtown San Diego, I was arrested for attempting to talk two police officers out of arresting my friend. He had been stopped by the officers for using a cross walk during a “no walk” light and was suspected of being publicly intoxicated. The officers never checked him for alcohol consumption, were acting aggressively and were being excessively forceful while detaining him. When I attempted to explain the officers that my friend had not meant to cause any trouble and requested that they let him off with a warning, they turned their attention towards me. The end result included me being arrested, spending the night in jail and being charged with obstruction of justice (interfering with an arrest).

Having never been in serious trouble with the law, I was very distraught over the fact that I may now have a criminal record. I contacted Victor Orsatti because I had received great recommendations for him from a friend of mine.
